where to train range
you can get a bow and 30 arrows free at lowes archery emporium in varrock. kill cows and stay at a range pick up their cowhides and sell at grand exchange. always remember to pick up you arrows since well why not?
where to train magic
go to varrock north of lumbridge nearer to west and find a fire icon. thats a rune shop where you can buy runes. then kill chickens with and air strike since weak magic isnt so accurate.
where to get a scimitar
either buy one or make one by raising mining and smithing till you can make one bronze scimatar
